Juac thermos flasks - our small but important contribution to environmental protection

With their unique flora and fauna, the Dolomites need to be protected. It’s no wonder that they have been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our private water source, which supplies us with pure mountain water, is just a few hundred metres away from the Juac Refuge. The water rises up to 1,940 m above sea level below the steep walls of the Stevia, is free of harmful pollutants and contains important, natural minerals. In order to avoid unnecessary rubbish and, above all, disposable plastic bottles, we prepare the fresh water from our spring ourselves with carbonic acid and can therefore create various refreshing and healthy fizzy drinks for our guests.
